Our client is a high-profile communications agency based in the UK and opening their first US office in San Francisco. Their clients are leaders in the technology and venture capitalist sectors and this position would be working closely with a highly accomplished executive team. They are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to be the first member of the Operations team to support the agency with all office management, team assistance, and events and hiring support as they grow internationally. This is truly a unique opportunity to get in at the ground floor with a growing agency and be the driving force behind the smooth running of first office overseas and help them stay seamlessly connected to the London headquarters.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in:

  • Office management, including IT functionality
  • Calendar management including making travel arrangements
  • Supporting personnel functions including HR files
  • Working in a fast--growth organization
