The Sales/Marketing Coordinator assists in the development and execution of a variety of marketing and sales related initiatives, for both brands of the corporation (Baker and BakerRuskinn); activities are focused in the following areas: collateral development (graphics, layout and printing); lead and opportunity management; online advertising and online marketing; trade show management; sales and marketing promotions; and, database/list management;. This position will help implement, track, refine and improve upon the targeted marketing and sales objectives outlined within the company's strategic plan.
SALES: (50% time allocation)
Administration of CRM and marketing automation software Develop, maintain and implement trainingProvide support for all users Administer and manage all Trade Show logistics, including the pre-show planning and specific procedures related to packaging/crating/shipping/set-up/break-down of show/exhibit materials.Prepares data and reporting for monthly sales and operational forecasting (e.g. funnel, pipeline, and forecasts by sales categories and product groups) Research, produce, and maintain current lists for direct mailing and emailing campaigns.Create custom reports and Dashboards within CRMWorks cross-functionally with members from technical AND customer facing departments to better inform marketing content and sales tools;Identify ways to help the company maximize the CRM systemExtract data from CRM system to support worldwide marketing campaigns and effectively meet deadlines.
MARKETING: (50% time allocation)
Administer and evaluate online eMarketing or "drip" campaigns utilized for lead generationUpdate and maintain information on the company web site, Industry web sites and directories, and social media sites;Administers and maintains the company's marketing database, including data entry. Manage inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials and promotional itemsOffer departmental assistance in the areas of basic layout and design for collateral under the guidelines of the official corporate identity style guide. Help manage and protect the company brand identity for consistent and appropriate usage at all times.Develop, produce and disseminate email campaign promotions, with writing, research, strategy and creative guidance from the Marketing Communications ManagerProvide value to our customers by using Lean tools and concepts to identify and eliminate waste in all forms (scrap/rework, transportation, motion, waiting, inventory, over production, over processing, and under-utilization of people). Uses systemic thinking by seeing processes from end to end and works to challenge the status quo to eliminate the root cause of problems. Is involved in individual and/or team activities that involve using Lean tools and concepts to improve the flow of information and material
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fieldMinimum 2+ years related experience Experience with marketing automation and CRM software is a must (preferably Saleforce and Pardot)Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and meet deadlinesProven track record of successfully working autonomously, while enjoying the opportunity to work on team-based tasks and projects Strong analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with lead generation, tracking and measurement desiredExperience with online marketing required and knowledge of social media desiredExperience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver preferred10% travel
