Our team is expanding and we are looking for our very first Digital Marketing Manager to join us at our headquarters in Brooklyn. If you're an ambitious and vibrant individual that lives and breathes digital marketing and you are up for the challenge of building our digital marketing strategy from the ground up, then we want to talk to you!



  • Collaborate with co-founders and internal teams to define overall digital marketing strategy and implement fundamental growth from inbound inquiries
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing strategy for The Bosco
  • Plan and execute all web and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain and manage our social media presence
  • Work alongside internal teams to assist with digital marketing content development
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns including working with vendors and internal teams to create, test, analyze, and optimize landing pages to drive traffic, maximize search engine rankings, improve conversion rates, and optimize user experience
  • Plan and execute pay-per-click campaigns, including vendor management, campaign data analysis, and improving customer conversion rates
  • Manage marketing database, newsletter and email communications to drive awareness, increase traffic, and cultivate customer conversion rates
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B split tests/experiments to improve conversion rates
  • Establish analytics processes for data collection and testing to identify trends and insights to provide recommendations for optimizing spend and performance
  • Measure and assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop new and creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies and digital platforms to provide thought leadership and recommendations
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and opportunities with a focus on analysis and key performance metrics


  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in marketing, digital marketing, digital strategy, and SEO/SEM
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • Proven track record of developing creative digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable business results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with extensive experience in synthesizing analytics data into actionable strategies
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Eye for creative design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to work well without supervision, a self-starter with flexibility (we're a start-up so not everything will be defined!)
  • Experience working at a startup is a plus
