The Role:

Do you dream in 140 characters? The Social Media Account Coordinator position is responsible for growing, engaging, guiding, moderating and supporting Fifty & Five client communities through platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Pinterest and other social networking properties. The Account Coordinator is responsible for publishing content to multiple social networks and manages and monitors all account engagement. This position reports in to an Account Director.

Responsibilities:

• Crafts content aligned with strategic vision set by Account Directors, Account Suppervisors, 

• Creates and manages editorial calendar of all content being distributed out through various channels

• Maintains brand voice for multiple clients

• Manage and build relationships with industry bloggers, journalists, and key influencers

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to balance post requests

• Recommend and execute fan acquisition programs to grow community size

• Utilize social media measurement tools to provide reports on metrics Desired Skills & Experience:

• 1 + years of account management experience

• Actively participate in a wide variety of social media activities such as Twitter, blogging, social bookmarking, etc.

• Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users

• Exceptional communication skills within the agency team

• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work well under strict deadlines and in a high-stress environment while juggling multiple projects • Flexibility both with schedule and with responsibilities

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are a must

• Basic Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
